This is a special listing. The GBA in the photos is my actual childhood console. F-Zero, Mario Kart Super Circuit, Harry Potter, SMA2, the classics. It ended up under a bed with freshly washed clothes piled on top and the screen cracked. After that I kind of gave up on it, threw it around a bit, tried to “fix” it myself and lost a few screws along the way.
I’ve finally reshelled it. And now I’m offering the same service for yours.
Send-In Reshell, you provide everything – £100
You send me your GBA along with your chosen drop-in IPS screen and shell. I’ll disassemble it, clean it, install everything, reassemble and test it, then send it back ready to play.
Full Reshell Service, Hayato provides parts – £150
You just send me the console. I’ll source the drop-in IPS screen and shell, do the full rebuild, and return it ready to go. Standard colours are Crystal Clear or Green. Want something different? I can order it, just allow around 2 extra weeks.
Drop-in IPS installs only. I don’t offer soldering mods.
Turnaround
Around 3 weeks for standard colours or if you’re providing your own parts. Around 5 weeks for a custom colour shell.
Shipping
UK return delivery is free and tracked. USA return shipping is ÂŁ10. Please package your GBA securely and remove the batteries before sending.
A few things worth knowing:
This is a reshell service, not a repair service. Your console needs to be in working order before you send it in. If you’re unsure about anything, just message me first.
